What to Bring to Saturday's Work Day

This Saturday, August 12th, we're having a church wide workday at the building. We've got a long list of things we'd like to get done (the list is at the bottom of this post). But, here are three things we want you to know...

1. There will be something for everyone to do.

We're going to do a little bit of everything, cleaning, building, painting, etc. No matter who you are, there will be something for you to do.

2. Childcare is provided.

We want as many people to be able to participate as possible. So, we're providing childcare. You can sign up here: universitycofc.org/childcare. 

3. You can bring...

Several of you have asked what you can bring. We'll need cordless drills, wood screws, saws, ladders, and wheelbarrows.

• Hang “Welcome to our Family” signs
• Hang “Campus View Auditorium” signs

• Hang black fabric in the CVA

• Clean out stairwells
• Clean out student ministry office hall

• reorganize teacher resource room
• Give away old chairs
• Clean UCM stairwell
• Redo UCM decor/bulletin boards
• Clean the UCM movie room
• Clean the UCM girls rooms

• Clean windows in breeze way between preschool and children’s wing
• Clean cobwebs off lights in breeze way over entry 
• Rake mulch on playgrounds
• Replace sheet rock in lobby 
• Mulch flower beds 
• Pressure wash sidewalks
