Harvest Hands
Statement of Purpose:
To get food into the hands of individuals who meet the guidelines of the Alabama Emergency Food Assistance program. The target populations are the elderly, disabled children and adults.
To touch and win hearts of those who come for food through compassionate involvement in their
lives and offer them the love and salvation of our Lord Jesus Christ. To provide a training setting for developmentally delayed individuals being served throughout the Tuscaloosa County High School
system working cooperatively with teachers and staff.

Monday

Clean food room, interview room and restroom

Go to Panera Bread Company to pick up donation
Tuesday
9:00am-Noon (bi-weekly)
Prepare for and unload truck
9:00-11:00am
Provide training and supervision for students from TCHS
9:00am
Bag Panera products, Beans and/or Rice
Wednesday
9:00am-5:00pm
Many opportunities to help--
carrying groceries, doing paperwork,
praying with
individuals and seeing to non-food needs.
1:00-3:00pm
Persons to assist with Bible Study
