The Brown House
Timeline of the Brown House
Founded-2003
After School Thing-2005
Thursday Night Thing-2007
The Blue House and Connect-2009
The Garden and the Village-2010
In between we've had sleep-overs, ball games, Xbox marathons, dance classes, hair braiding,
and many other "normal" adventures. We've watched kids grow up. We've watched kids give up.
We've even watched kids throw up (I'm talking to you, Ke'Undra)!
Through it all, we strive to show Christ to those in need,
where they are, with no expectation of return.

We are looking for others to join us on this adventure.
In particular:
*Connect
Be matched with a West Circle child where you have the opportunity to build a relationship
with that child throught the sharing of the "normal" parts of you and and your family's lives.
*The Garden
Help tend the Garden @ West Circle-weeding, planting, cleaning and growing our 23
neighborhood gardening plots. A great way to get to know some of our older neighbors.
*The Lemonade Stand
As a continuation of our "Goat Jar" that bought 3 goats and sponsored one World Vision child
for a year, help stock and run our Spring and Summer Lemonade Stand with neighborhood
children at the entrance of the Garden.
